Theo Acker, a native Texan, is a speaker, podcast host, and author who focuses on individuals who have experienced loss in a sudden or traumatic way, something she is familiar with after losing her mother in 2019. Earlier in life, she worked in mortgages and as an English teacher, even winning Rookie Teacher of the Year. She wrote a book entitled My Grief is Not Like Yours, which will be released on Mothers' Day in 2023.
